At Kambaii Health, on-call physicians are well informed about our member’s medical history and their current vitals via the Kambaii Health’s Smart integrated EMR system and devices.
We are providing cutting-edge technologies to your doorsteps. Our smartwatch will monitor your vitals - temperature, blood pressure, and pulse rate 24 hours a day. A weighing scale connected to our Android App (Android ver. 7.0 or higher) will measure and record your weight every time you step on the weighing scale. Both devices will be connected to the App. Using the Kambaii Health smart devices, we are providing 24/7 realtime vital signs monitoring and 24/7 health emergency notification for our members.
We have a smart app for our members which is integrated with oursmart Kambaii Health medical devices. Our services are entirely online based, and our app is connected to a secure server. Our devices will automatically measure your temperature, blood pressure, and pulse rate and all your medical data and records will be saved in our secured EMR server.
If in case, your health condition deteriorates or if you develop any possible sign of stroke or heart attack, our smart alert system and on-duty PCP will know it even before you experience these symptoms. Besides, our app is quite easy to install and is user-friendly. Through our app, any authorized family member you allow, can have access to your health portal and information about your health condition that includes receiving any alerts via text whether they are in Bangladesh or abroad.
A mobile app will inform of your health status to your family members and dear ones. If your health condition deteriorates, your family members will be able to know through our mobile app.
Kambaii Health has developed the most advanced EMRsystem to serve our members, physicians, clinicians to provide optimized care. Kambaii Health’s smart EMR system aims to not only connect all the missing dots to prevent fatalities but to also predict patterns about our health through artificial intelligence, machine learning, and other state-of-the-art technologies. Our EMR server is safe and secure. Kambaii Health’s smart devices are connected to the Kambaii Health’s EMR system. Members are always connected and can have access to a PCP 24/7 with EMR access.
Kambaii Health’s frontend app is integrated with the Kambaii Health EMR system that will remind you to take your medication on time. The EMR system will record your medicine-taking patterns and will analyze the effectiveness of the medication. If you forget to take the medication on time, the EMR system will alert you, your caregiver (if you have one) or any authorized family member for reminder. The EMR system will also prevent you from taking the same medication twice.
This unique feature is being introduced in Bangladesh for the first time. The Kambaii Health Smart Alert Device will send signals/alerts to our control serverwhenever you feel sick or need emergency medical help. All you need to do is press a button! Yes! it’s that simple. Imagine you are hypoglycemic and while in the bathroom, you start to feel sick, the door is locked, and you need help! In these types of emergencies, just press the button on the Smart Alert Device. We will know that you are in critical condition and will immediately inform your family members about your condition and our doctors will send you help as soon as possible.
At first our PCP visit,we will determine and record all your medical history and health issues. Our PCP will ask you about your comorbidities, and the medicines you are currently taking and any medicines you have already taken in the past 6 months. Then the PCP will review any drug interactions, side effects, and a history of any other complications that you suffered. After the drug interaction review, the PCP will provide advice and guidance.
Upon enrollment, our PCP will ask to each member to take specific lab tests in order to make an accurate assessment of their health status/condition. If a lab test has been done within 6 months of enrollment, then that results from that lab test can be submitted. After the lab results have been reviewed by our PCP, the data will be entered into the EMR system for determining the health status/condition of our members.
Kambaii Health also provides the ability to monitor your vitals in real time. Through our smart app and devices, your health condition will be monitored 24 hours a day. The watch will check your vitals at regular intervals and the data will be uploaded on our secured server. If your health condition is gets worse, whether you may be unaware of it or if you are experiencing sickness, or your vitals are outside the normal range, an alert notification will be sent to you. The EMR system will notify our attending PCP immediately for further action. Additionally, the EMR system will inform your authorized family members via a text alert.
Kambaii Health has a 24/7 PCP hotline for our members. Our PCPs are available 24 hours a day via phone with the full access to your medical records. Our EMR system is integrated and provides real time data and information to the PCP at the time of the call.Our on duty PCP can make informed decision about the member’s health situation since they will have each member’s past and current medical history, all lab reports,current vital signs, vitals in last 48 hours, list of current medications, medication taking patterns/missing dosages information, recent diagnosis, and visual charts of your past 24 hours vitals and graphs and other relevant information. Our PCP will also have the information if a member is allergic to any drugs.
This quick and to the point health information of our members will save lives. Since we have a record of your complete health status, we can provide you with the best care possible. Moreover, any time you need assistance, you can request a call from our PCP. Our PCP will call you back within in 10 minutes.Our PCP willcall for ambulance in case of emergency.
After your first PCP visit, our Nutritionist will contact you to gather information about your dietary history and food habits - for example, what you eat every day, how many glasses of water you consume every day, what drugs are interacting with which nutrients in your food, etc. Our Neutralist will review all the relevant information and will recommend you a balanced diet based on your physical and medical condition, and your medicine history.
Physical therapy session will be provided online to our members 3 days a week. These sessions are designed to boost your muscle condition and health.
We are providing a Wellness Counselor for a Wellness Counselling session in order to provide necessary wellness support and guide you to lead a happy life.
Based on your lab reports and sessions, vulnerabilities will be assessed by our PCP. We will assess your risk prone areas, the condition of your organs, side effects of drugs, drug-nutrient interaction, condition of your bone health, and the state of your mental health.
Our medical board consists of expert physicians, who will review your health condition, and come up with the best treatment plan for your wellbeing. Based on all these steps, your wellness target will be set.
Our expert PCPs will talk to you about your overall health status and record those in our secured EMR (Electronic Health Record) system. All your health data will be in one place which will make it easier for us to give you proper and efficient health care, quickly.
